Poet, hip-hop artist and musician Saul Williams has been announced as the first headliner at this year’s Lingo Festival in Dublin.
The Lingo Spoken Word Festival will take place from Friday, October 16th to Sunday, October 18th in Dublin, and will now feature American rapper Saul Williams as part of its 2015 line-up.
Williams will provide a very special performance at the Workman’s Club on the Sunday night of the three-day festival this Autumn.
A diverse artist whose work spans a myriad of styles, disciplines and sounds (including the incendiary track ‘List of Demands’) Saul Williams is a very exciting addition to the Lingo 2015 line-up that highlights the eclectic nature of the event itself.
Early Bird tickets for Saul Williams priced €17.50 (+€1.19 booking fee) are on sale now from Eventbrite. More Irish and International Headliners will be announced in the coming weeks, with the full festival programme launched on September 17th. Early bird weekend passes go on sale Tuesday 18th August priced €57.50 (booking fees apply).
