Indiependence 2015 will take place this August Bank Holiday weekend (Friday, July 31st to Sunday August 2nd) at Deer Farm in Mitchelstown, Cork. With a packed line-up of acts set to perform at the three-day event, here’s the Last Mixed Tape’s 20 Must See Acts at this year’s festival.
Columbia Mills – Friday: Big Top Stage @ 4.30pm
Indietronica band Columbia Mills bring their stunningly evocative live show to the Big Top stage in Deer Farm this Friday evening.
Elastic Sleep – Friday: Big Top Stage @ 5.30pm
A hometown gig from the ever-brilliant Elastic Sleep. The band have been one of several highly promising prospects produced by the Cork music scene in recent years.
Neon Wolf – Saturday: Beer Hall Stage @ 6pm
Coming off the back of the success that met their latest single ‘A Place To Call Home’, Neon Wolf play Indiependence 2015 this Saturday.

A recent performance at Tony Clayton-Lea’s Culture Vultures and new single ‘Greatest Achievement’ have seen Maud In Cahoots find their sound, as well as a more defined sense of identity. There seems to be exciting times ahead for the alternative-pop act.

The Would Be’s – Sunday: Beer Hall Stage @ 9.30pm
Indie-pop brilliance from start to finish, the Would Be’s set at Indiependence 2015 this Sunday night will be a must for fans of the genre.
