Post-rock outfit Leo Drezden perform their track ‘Green Fire Magic’ live in Asylum Studios for Press Record TV.
Taken from the group’s debut album Multi-Moment (read TLMT’s review – here), ‘Green Fire Magic’ take on an added dynamism when recreated live.
The intricate builds and melodic twisting and turning that provide the track’s strong musical backbone seem vivid, more impactful even.
Unobtrusively filmed by the Press Record team, the live footage of Leo Drezden playing ‘Green Fire Magic’ works almost like a glimpse into the band’s writing/jamming process as you observe slight nods and physical cues that flag each changing section between band members. Making for compelling viewing.
