Galway based garage-pop act Dott have unveiled their new single ‘Car Song’, taken from the band’s upcoming Record Store Day release.

Taken from Dott’s forthcoming split L.P. with Californian band Night School, which will be released as a 12″ vinyl on Record Store Day this April 18th. ‘Car Song’ is group’s first new material since the release of their brilliant sophomore album Swoon.

Featuring Dott’s signature surf-rock meets garage-pop sound, ‘Car Song’ maintains the band’s ability to write swaying harmony lead pop music within a full-scale thrashing distorted backdrop.

Catchy, hook-filled and brimming with Dott’s joyously augmented pop sensibilities ‘Car Song’ is a very welcome return from the Galway group that simply exudes vibrant, inventive songwriting.
