Acclaimed singer-songwriter Fionn Regan will play a headline show in Whelan’s next year.
Taking place at the Dublin venue on Friday, February 14th, Fionn Regan will play Whelan’s as he tours his sixth studio album Cala which came out to critical acclaim earlier this year and features the tracks ‘Collar of Fur’ and ‘Riverside Heights’.
Speaking about the recurring themes imagery of stars, sun, moon and the ocean within his music, Fionn Regan says “I wouldn’t mind knowing why! It’s a mystery to me, how songs evolve. Thankfully, they do. But I’ve never got anywhere when I’ve tried to work it out.” Yet, as Regan concedes, “the place you’re from continues to resonate.”
