Indie-folk songwriter Robert John Ardiff has released his brand new single ‘Paint Your Nails’.
The first single to be taken from Ardiff’s debut solo album Between The Bed And The Room (due for release this November), ‘Paint Your Nails’ is distant sounding take on the indie-folk genre awash with texture and depth.
Surrounding the intimate vocal and picked-guitar that lies at the centre of ‘Paint Your Nails’, the background production howls and shudders with far-off flourishes of sound that add to the sense of raw exposed nerve feel that runs right through the song’s production.
