Dublin based international act Manden Express have released live footage of the group performing ‘Dijgui’.
Filmed at the Sugar Club in Dublin, the video captures the group’s free flowing fusion of various traditional musical styles including West African from the Mande Empire, latin and afrobeat.
Taken into a live context this sound bursts forth and comes to live a powerful meeting of rhythm, melody and dynamism, resulting in a hypnotic listen from start t0 finish.
