In this latest edition of T.L.M.T’s song of the week feature The Mixed-Tape we turn our attention to Participant’s new single ‘Leave Me Here’.
A unreleased gem taken from Participant’s Content E.P. recording sessions, ‘Leave Me Here’ is a song that encapsulates the elegant electronic juxtaposition that so strongly characterizes the artists sound.
Set against a backdrop of humming noise, whirling harmonics and quick-snap gritty beats ‘Leave Me Here’ is a tender track that speaks of the vulnerability, fear and helplessness brought on by love.
