In the latest edition of T.L.M.T’s song of the week feature The Mixed-Tape we turn our attention to Elastic Sleep and their new single ‘Bad Machine’.
Elastic Sleep return with the dynamically twisting ‘Bad Machine’. Based on a foundation of patiently shimmering alternative-rock, the Cork band’s latest track makes use of the textural juxtaposition in their sound that made previous releases to engrossing.
Taking its time in enrapturing you within the deftly populated opening and pulled in by Muireann Levis’ tip-toed vocal performance, ‘Bad Medicine’ draws you into its world before Elastic Sleep completely dismantle it with huge waves of domineering noise.
