American indie folk singer-songwriter Samantha Crain is set to play the Workman’s Club in Dublin this November 8th.
Samantha Crain will perform an intimate show at the Dublin venue this winter as she continues to tour her critically acclaimed album Under Branch & Thorn & Tree, which was released earlier this summer.
Speaking about the record’s themes and inspirations Crain recently stated: “I don’t write protest songs in the traditional sense. But I’m always listening to the voices of people around me. These stories are told from the perspective of the underdog, the 99% of us that are working people. They might not be literal protest songs, but the lives of the people within these songs speak at the same volume if you listen.”
