Alternative-pop act Cronin have released their brand new music video for ‘See This Man’, taken from the group’s stand-out E.P. Nelson Riddle.
Filmed by band members Michael Cronin and Brian Murphy and shot in black & white, the video for ‘See This Man’ takes on a suitably anachronistic style that plays into the group’s own dramatic retro-pop affectations.
A definite highlight from Cronin’s Nelson Riddle E.P. (read TLMT’s review – here) ‘See This Man’ finds the band melding undercurrent menace of Nick Cave circa Murder Balladswith the deep brooding of Scott Walker, resulting in a dramatically ambitious sound that permeates throughout the record.
