American electronic artist U.S. Girls (a.k.a Meghan Remy) has announced a live show in Whelan’s upstairs venue this October 25th.
The Illinois-born artist will play the Dublin venue this Autumn in support of her forthcoming new album Half Free, which will be released on September 25th via 4AD Records.
U.S. Girls have recently premiered the music video for the song ‘Woman’s Work’, a track which finds Remy blending disco beats and moody electronica into one unique sound. It will be interesting to hear how this production translates into the live realm this October.
Tickets to see U.S. Girls live in Whelan’s on Sunday, October 25th are priced at €13 (inc. booking fee) and will go on sale this Thursday (August 6th) from 9am via www.ticketmaster.ie & outlets nationwide.
