Organized by Music Man in Hat (a.k.a Peter Meade) the event will be split into a small auction of “uniquely autographed Irish collection of music and memorabilia” (some of which will also be sold online) and live gig, with funds from both going “directly toward helping those who have found themselves in homeless situations.”
Set to perform at the live show are: Hudson Taylor, Gavin Glass and the New Shakers, Cry Monster Cry, Carol Keogh and City Fathers, Dylan Tighe and Barry Jay Hughes. Plus some special guests.
Early-bird tickets for the ‘Music to Help the Homeless’ are priced at €16.50 and are on sale now via whelanslive.com. For more information on the event visit their Facebook page – here.
The entire collection itself can be found at musicmaninhat.com. Artists can send pieces to: Inner City Helping Homeless, 37 Killarney Court, Killarney Street, Dublin1 (Registered Number 54059) or they can also leave items into The Mercantile Hotel on Dublin’s Dame Street for the attention of Keiron Campbell Black.
