A tribute show will take place in Vicar Street on May 14th to honor the memory of legendary Irish DJ Tony Fenton who passed away last month.
Entitled ‘All the Young Dudes’ the show will raise much needed funds for the Irish Cancer Society’s Shave or Dye campaign, visit cancer.iefor more information on the charities.
It seems only fitting that the life of such an important part of the Irish music scene be marked with a show that involves some of the countries most exciting acts, all of whom Fenton championed during his celebrated radio career.
The line-up includes: Aslan, the Minutes, the Stunning, Mick Flannery, Wallis Bird, Something Happens, Gavin Glass, Jerry Fish, Mario Rosenstock and more to be announced.
