Legendary funk act Chic featuring Nile Rodgers have confirmed they will play both the Iveagh Gardens and the Marquee in Cork this summer.
Rodgers and Chic will play the Iveagh Gardens on Thursday, July 9th, other acts announced to play the outdoor Dublin venue this summer included the Frames, Paloma Faith and St. Vincent.
The group will then quickly follow that show with an appearance at this year’s Marquee in Cork festival playing on Friday, July 10th. Other acts playing the Marquee this July feature Beck, Damien Rice, the Waterboys and more.
Tickets for CHIC featuring NILE RODGERS at Iveagh Gardens, Dublin (July 9th) and Live At The Marquee, Cork (July 10th) go on sale from Thursday 12th March at 9am via ticketmaster.ie.
