O Emperor have confirmed they will be headlining the Workman’s Club in Dublin on Saturday, May 16th.

O Emperor will play the Dublin venue this summer as they tour in support of the group’s upcoming E.P. Lizard, which is due for release March 2nd.

With the release of their new single ‘Switchblade’ (taken from Lizard) recently O Emperor once again reaffirmed themselves as one of the countries most unique alternative-rock acts, serving as a promising indication at the overall sound of their new E.P.

Speaking in a recent interview TLMT band member Brendan Fennessy said about the song: “It seemed like the most immediate song of the four while still giving a good sense of the overall vibe of the EP as a whole. I like how its sorta straightforward but with a nice amount of bodacious things happening.” (Read the full interview here).

Tickets to see O Emperor headline the Workman’s Club on May 16th are priced €16 (including booking) and will go on sale this Friday February 27th at 9am via www.ticketmaster.ie & outlets nationwide.
