Alternative-country songwriter Anna Mitchell has unveiled the music video for her new single ‘What’s a Fool To Do?’.
Directed by Barra Vernon, the visuals focus on the power of performance and connection between songwriter and song with the video following Mtichell through the process.
Supported by a clearly emotive performance from Anna Mitchell and the stylishly designed and lit scenes the video for ‘What’s a Fool To Do?’ takes a subtle, yet raw, look into the lyrical meaning of the artist’s new single.
A moody, piano driven ballad from Anna Mitchell, ‘What’s a Fool To Do?’ showcases a more emotively driven edge to the musician’s songwriting style than previously seen in her debut E.P. Fall Like That. It will be very interesting to hear how this sound permeates throughout the Mitchell’s upcoming debut album Down to the Bone.
