Irish indie legends the Frames have announced a pair of headline shows this summer to mark the band’s 25th anniversary.

The Frames will celebrate their 25th anniversary in 2015 with a show at the Iveagh Gardens in Dublin on July 4th followed by another headline gig at the Marquee in Cork on July 11th.

In a career spanning three decades the Frames have been one of Ireland’s most influential indie-rock bands, producing several stand-out albums including Fitzcarraldo, Dance the Devil For the Birds, as well as their seminal live record Set List.

A band with a highly respected live reputation the Frames always deliver a captivating, dedicated performance whenever they take to the stage, as evidenced by their recent appearance on the main stage in Whelan’s as part of the venue’s special 25th anniversary gigs.

And with the group set to set to celebrate their own anniversary this year, both shows in Dublin and Cork will be sure to provide something very special.

Tickets for the Frames 25th anniversary shows are priced at €40 (Iveagh Gardens, July 4th) & €35 (Marquee, Cork July 11th)  and will go on sale this Thursday, January 22nd at 9am from www.ticketmaster.ie & outlets nationwide.
