Songwriter the Late David Turpin has released a new E.P. of remixed tracks taken from his album We Belong Dead.

Entitled We Belong Undead, the five track extended play features remixes from a host of exciting artists including Carriages (‘Bear of A Star’), Jon Dots (‘Cloud’), Strands (‘The Hotel’) and Hunter-Gather (‘Deer Fable’ feat. Cathy Davey).

Also appearing on the E.P. is ‘Emile’, a track with an isolated slow-burning feel drenched in Turpin’s distinct sense of mood and tone. The song also features Gavin Glass on guitar and Cora Venus Lunny on strings.

An interesting record that showcases individualistic and stylised takes on key tracks with its own defined sound We Belong Undead contains some creative re-imaginings of the Late David Turpin’s music. And given it’s Halloween release date, the E.P. also provides the perfect sparse atmospheric prelude to the winter months.

We Belong Undead is out now via bandcamp.
