Friday, August 29th:

Electric Picnic 2014 at Stradbally Hall, County Laois (Friday – Sunday)
One of Ireland’s biggest music festivals Electric Picnic has become a yearly ritual for many. The line-up includes Sleep Thieves, R.S.A.G, the Minutes, Outkast, Blondie, Beck, I Have A Tribe, Chic and Pet Shop Boys. Bonnie Prince Billy w/ Lisa O’Neill at the Pavilion, Dun Laoghaire
Alternative-country legend and songwriter Bonnie Prince Billy will perform at the Pavilion this Friday as he continues to tour his most recent self-titled album.

Trouble Pilgrims w/ the Pacifics at the Workman’s Club, Dublin
Following their energetic set at the Dublin venue earlier this year Trouble Pilgrims (who emerged from punk-rock legends the Radiators from Space) will return to the Workman’s Club.

End of Summer Jam at the Sugar Club, Dublin
Derry alternative-rock act the Wood Burning Savages and Meath trio Million Little Gods will perform at the End of Summer Jam in the Sugar Club. The night will also include DJ sets and drink promotions.
Tickets: €5 Doors: 9.30pm

Saturday, August 30th:

Wild Rocket Geomagnetic Hallucinations album launch in the Bello Bar, Dublin
Space-rock act Wild Rocket will launch their debut album Geomagnetic Hallucinations at the Bello Bar on Saturday night. The L.P. will also be available on white vinyl.
Tickets: €15 (wth vinyl) or €6 (without vinyl) Doors: 8pm
