Dublin indie-rock outfit the Mighty Stef are set to perform at the Sugar Club on Friday, September 26th.

One of Ireland’s most captivating and hard-working bands, the Mighty Stef are currently preparing for the release of their new album Year of the Horse. The four-piece will embark on an Irish tour in support of the record this September. See full list of dates below.

The Mighty Stef Year of the Horse Irish Tour:

September 17th – Harbour Bar, Bray
September 18th – Roisin Dubh, Galway
September 20th – Crane Lane, Cork
September 26th – the Sugar Club, Dublin
September 27th – Dolan’s, Limerick
September 28th – Sandinos, Derry

Following the release of last year’s Iveagh Flats E.P. and it’s stand-out singles ‘Vampire, Hold Me Tight’ & ‘Nightwatchman of the Iveagh Flats’ (a past addition to our song of the week feature The Mixed-Tape) the Mighty Stef’s upcoming L.P. will look to capture the revitalized energy of group’s current output.

Supporting the Mighty Stef on the night will be indie-rock six-piece Buffalo Sunn (whose single ‘By Your Side’ also featured in The Mixed-Tape) and electro-rock act Ghost Estates.

Tickets to see the Mighty Stef with support from Buffalo Sunn & Ghost Estates on September 26th are priced at €12 via ticketmaster.ie.
