Annual arts, music and culture festival Spraoi is set to return to Waterford this August bank holiday weekend.
The festival includes an exciting array of music acts performing in a number of outdoor and indoor venues around the city as part of this year’s events’ Rhythm Route which include Geoffs, the Kazbar, Murphy’s, Grimes, the Reg and Shortts bar. While outdoor shows will take place at the Plaza stage and Plaza Fringe.
Featuring as part of the Spraoi 2014 music line-up are blues-rock influenced Dublin act the Hot Sprockets, indie-rock band the Dead Heavys, funk and soul inspired group Propeller Palms, drumming outfit Torannfresh from their recent appearance at Glastonbury 2014, Motown big band the Papa Zitasand DJ/MC duo the Correspondents.
