Folk singer-songwriter Sue Callaghan is set to launch her sophomore album Nothing Short of Everything at Smock Alley this Saturday, June 28th.

A multi-instrumentalist who moves from guitar, flute to piano Callaghan will perform on the night with her backing band the Hostages, and will see the pairing play her new record in full at the intimate Dublin venue.

Entitled Nothing Short of Everything the album is the follow-up to the songwriter’s 2009 début Not In Love. In preparation of the L.P’s release Callaghan has streamed the tracks ‘Wait and Wait’ & ‘Butterflies’ both of which showcase the artist’s deftly conveyed songwriting.

Tickets to see Sue Callaghan & the Hostages’ album launch at Smock Alley theatre on June 28th are priced at €10 (which will include a CD) for the evening show at 8pm support from the Sacreblues band and €5 for the all ages show at 5pm. For more information visit smockalley.com.
