The May 2014 line-up for First Music Contact’s Breakingtunes Breaking Stage in HMV Dublin and Belfast has been announced.
Working to support new Irish talent, the partnership between FMC and HMV will showcase live performances of acts from the former’s self-building music portal BreakingTunes.com with the artist’s releases stacked and stocked in store each week.
Singer-songwriter Dylan Tighe will kick-off the HMV Grafton Street store performances this Friday, May 16th at 1pm, while indie-pop trio Go Wolf will play HMV’s Belfast branch at Donegall Arcade on Saturday, May 17th.
Also performing live in the respective stores this month will be 21 Outs, VerseChoruseVerse, Fox Jaw and Ciaran Lavery.
An exciting new venture between the two, it will be interesting to see how the weekly events develop with new acts each month. See the full May 2014 line-up below.
