Singer-songwriter I Have A Tribe a.k.a Patrick O’Laoghaire will launch his forthcoming début E.P Yellow Raincoats at the Chancery Lane theatre in Dublin.
Following the unveiling of the title track from the upcoming extended play earlier this week I Have A Tribe has now confirmed that the record will get its official launch with a pair of dates at the intimate Dublin venue next month, May 16th & 17th.
Capturing the imagination of Irish music scene with several festival stealing performances including a breath-taking appearance at last year’s Hard Working Class Heroes in the Button Factory and a supporting slot on Anna Calvi’s recent tour, O’Laoghaire’s captivating vocal timbre coupled with the deeply atmospheric textures that lie beneath his music result in Yellow Raincoats being one of the most exciting prospects of 2014.
Translating his studio work with powerful, emotive live performances I Have A Tribe’s E.P launch set within the ambient candle-lit locale of the Chancery Lane theatre will be something of a must for Irish music fans.
