Dublin based garage-rock act Girl Band have announced they will release their track ‘The Cha Cha Cha’ via flexi disc for Record Store Day.
The single, released via Any Other City Records, will be a limited release of 100 copies on flexi disc only available in record stores. Record Store Day 2014 will take place on April 19th, for more information visit recordstoreday.com.
‘The Cha Cha Cha’ will also be Girl Band’s follow-up to the stunning ‘Lawman’, released earlier this year on 7″ vinyl, garnering the group wide-spread critical acclaim for the song’s visceral use of noise-pop influences and indie-pop sensibilities resulting a sound that is unique to the Dublin act’s music.
Girl Band will also be playing the Trinity Ball on Friday April 4th before embarking on an extensive tour of the UK including shows in London, Glasgow and Leeds.
