Damien Dempsey confirms show at the Set Theatre, Kilkenny

Award-winning Irish singer-songwriter Damien Dempsey has been confirmed to perform at the Set Theatre in Kilkenny on Friday, June 20th.

The powerfully emotive alternative folk/traditional songwriter and musician will play the Kilkenny venue this summer with his full band.

With a career spanning 15 years Damien Dempsey has recently released a retrospective ‘best of’, covering the artist’s deep back catalogue of work, entitled It’s All Good – The best of Damien Dempsey.

Tracks featuring on the compilation include ‘Sing All Our Cares Away;, ‘It’s All Good’, ‘Colony’, ‘Almighty Love’, ‘Bustin’ Outta Here’ and Dempsey’s number one hit single with Glen Hansard, ‘The Auld Triangle’.

Tickets for Damien Dempsey and his band’s performance at the Set Theatre in Kilkenny on June 20th are priced at €22 and will go on sale this Friday, February 21st at 9am. For more information visit
