Paulo Nutini confirms Olympia theatre show

Scottish singer-songwriter Paulo Nutini has confirmed he will play the Olympia theatre in Dublin on March 20th.

Paulo Nutini will play the Dublin venue mere weeks before the release of his first studio album in almost 5 years. Entitled Caustic Love, the L.P is out on April 20th. The March tour will also include shows in London, Bournemouth and Glasgow.

The L.P is the long-awaited follow-up to the critically and commercially acclaimed sophomore record Sunny Side Up, which was released in 2009 and garnered the musician several hit-singles including ‘Candy’ and ‘Coming Up Easy’.

The first track from Caustic Love, ‘Scream (Funk My Life Up), was released last month and alludes to the a more lyrically dark offering from Nutini, while still maintaining the songwriter’s eclectic funk, gospel and soul influenced sound and distinct vocal delivery.

Tickets for Paulo Nutini’s show in the Olympia theatre on March 20th are priced at €30 and will go on sale this Friday, February 14th. For more information visit ticketmaster.ie.
