Dublin chamber-pop outfit Kammerpop are set to perform in Whelan’s upstairs venue next week, February 14th.
The Irish act, who released their debut E.P the Address last year, will be playing the intimate Dublin venue on Valentines Day delivering their unique retro-pop sound that blends a plethora of genres into a vast sonic spectrum evocative of mid-nineteen sixties souls and jazz, mixed with Mama’s and the Papa’s stylized harmonies.
Kammerpop’s E.P showcases the group’s wide-ranging influences perfectly and works as a vibrant introduction to the Dublin-based band. With this richly melodic sound coming across so-well in the Address, the band’s Whelan’s performance on February 14th will be a unique opportunity to see the pop outfit reinterprite this approach live.
Tickets for Kammerpop’s show in Whelan’s on Valentine’s Day, February 14th are priced at €8, for more information visit whelanslive.com. Doors 8pm.
